A typical Maharashtrian delicacy, a common breakfast or an evening snack item. Kanda poha an extremely nutrient and energy dense dish simple to make and delicious to taste.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 1/8th tsp rai and 1/2 tsp jeera.
Once the rai and jeera start crackling, add 5 tsp chopped onion and sauté.
Once the onions start to soften, 6 pcs. Kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and 4 tbsp soaked poha.
Mix and add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with lemon and coriander.
Serve fresh and hot.
