- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/8 tsp rai and 1/2 tsp jeera.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped onion, 6 Kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and 6 tbsp soaked poha.
- Step 3 Mix everything well.
- Step 4 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
