Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Adding a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll out into a circular paratha.
- Step 4
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on both sides with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
