- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, take 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Adding a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Roll out into a circular paratha.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on both sides with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
