- Step 1 Take a pan and heat 2 tsp of oil in it.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp of jeera and 1/4 tsp of rai, and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3 Then add 1/4 cup of julienned onion and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Step 4 Next, add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of haldi, and mix well.
- Step 5 Once mixed, add 1/4 tsp of red chili powder, a little water, and sauté well.
- Step 6 When the raw spice smell goes away, add 1/3 cup of chopped potato
- Step 7 wedges and mix well.
- Step 8 Cover and cook the potatoes until they are done.
- Step 9 Finally, sprinkle 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 10 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 11 Serve hot.
