Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger,1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 95 gms chicken liver, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
Cook till done.
Serve it hot
