1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup(5.0 gm) Kale
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Boiled Chopped Cup(25.0 gm) Broccoli
  • In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th cup broccoli, 1/4th cup chopped kale leaves, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4th cup coconut milk and water.

  • Cover the pan and let it simmer.
