Take 1/4th cup of channa, boil and grind it. Keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl to add previously ground 1/4th cup boiled channa, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix properly.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, using your hand make cutlets of a desired shape and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil at a low flame in a frying pan.
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
