Black Chickpeas Cutlet Recipe

1/4 Cup(49.0 gm) Chana

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped )

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Take 1/4th cup of channa, boil and grind it. Keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl to add previously ground 1/4th cup boiled channa, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix properly.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, using your hand make cutlets of a desired shape and keep aside.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil at a low flame in a frying pan.

  • Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
