Traditional royal kebab made with finely minced mutton with aromas of Indian spices grilled in a tandoor to perfection make the right snack or starter for a rich dinner.
Preparation of Masala
In a blender, take 1/4 cup Brown Onion, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder, 1/2 tsp Mace,1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick, 3 Cloves, 1 Green Elaichi, 2 tsp Khas Khas, 1 tsp chopped Ginger, 1 tsp chopped Garlic, 3 tsp Grated Papaya, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, 5 Kaju and water as required.
Grind all ingredients into a smooth paste.
In another blender, take 1/2 cup minced mutton , 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Ghee, 1.5 tsp Rose Water and add prepared masala.
Blend all ingredients well until smooth consistency.
Now, in a heated pan add 1 tbsp Oil.
Shallow fry the Kebabs until well done.
