For Pakora
- Step 1 In a bowl add 4 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/8 tsp haldi.
- Step 2 Add water to make a smooth and thick batter and mix well.
- Step 3 Heat a pan with oil for frying
- Step 4 Drop small balls of batter into oil and fry until golden brown.
- Step 5 Drain and set aside.

For Kadhi
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp besan, 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd 1/4 tsp haldi, pour water and mix until smooth.
- Step 2 Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 5 kadi patta and 1/8 tsp hing.
- Step 3 Add the besan Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and mix well.
- Step 4 Pour water as required to adjust the consistency.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and add pakoda.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Simmer until all flavors combine well.
- Step 8 Serve hot with steamed rice.
