- Step 1
For pakora
Take a bowl and add 4 tbsp Besan, 1/4th tsp Salt, 1/8th tsp Ajwain, 1/4th tsp Red chilly powder,1/8th tsp haldi, add water as required to make a paste and mix well.
- Step 2
Take a pan and add oil for frying
- Step 3
Make small pakodas and Fry.
- Step 4
For Kadhi
Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp Besan, 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd 1/4th tsp haldi, and add water to make a paste.
- Step 5
Take a pan and add 1 tsp Ghee,1/4th tsp Rai, 1/4th tsp Jeera, add 5 no of kadi patta,1/8th tsp Hing and add prepared besan paste.
- Step 6
Mix well and add water as required.
- Step 7
Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves and add pakoda.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
