For Curd Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 3 tsp besan, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt and whisk it well.

For Kadhi Khichdi
- Step 1 In a pan heat, 1/2 tsp ghee then add 1/4 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp methi seeds,1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp julienne onion and saute it till onion turns light brown in color.
- Step 2 Add 1 dry red chili, Nestlé A+ Curd mixture, mix and bring to a boil.
- Step 3 Add cooked rice, cooked masoor dal mix and cook it nicely.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
