- Step 1 To marinate the chicken, take a bowl, add 3/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 2 Add 75 g chicken pieces and keep it for marination and keep aside.
- Step 3 In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp ghee, add 2 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, marinated chicken and saute.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 3/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp saunf, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp chopped green chili and 1/4 tsp salt and saute again.
- Step 5 Next, add 1.5 tbsp chopped tomatoes and cook until soft
- Step 6 Pour in a little water, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well
- Step 7 Fold in 1 tsp fresh cream, add 1/8 cup diced onions and 1/8 cup diced capsicum and pour in a little water.
- Step 8 Cover and cook until the gravy thickens.
- Step 9 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 10 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 11 Serve hot with chapati.
