Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and beat it well.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients well and add 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate.
- Step 5
Tasty raita is ready to serve.
