Thoran is a side dish from South India that tastes very delightful. Raw banana and Coconut are both very healthful ingredients. A perfect healthful mix of vegetable and healthy fats.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai or pan.
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing, 4 kadi patta,1 dry red chilli and let it crackle.
Now, add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut and mix well.
To this add 1/4th tsp haldi and 1/4th cup of the chopped raw banana.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
Now, add 1/4 tsp salt & mix it well.
