Jowar Vegetable Pancakes Recipe

1.0 Flour Tbsp(7.0 gm) Jowar
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Suji
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
0.13 Chopped Tsp(0.27 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, take1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1/2 tbsp chopped onions, 1/8 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and water to prepare the batter

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp Jeera mix the batter well and keep aside

  • Now to fry the pancakes, heat a frying pan and add some oil in it.

  • Pour a ladle full of prepared batter and allow to cook from the bottom.

  • Add remaining oil from the sides and flip the pancake.

  • Cook well from both sides and serve hot.
