In a mixing bowl, take1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1/2 tbsp chopped onions, 1/8 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and water to prepare the batter
Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp Jeera mix the batter well and keep aside
Now to fry the pancakes, heat a frying pan and add some oil in it.
Pour a ladle full of prepared batter and allow to cook from the bottom.
Add remaining oil from the sides and flip the pancake.
Cook well from both sides and serve hot.
