Steps
- Step 1 Knead dough using 4 tbsp jowar flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water
- Step 2 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add in 1/8 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne carrot, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage and saute it well
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp curry powder, 1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped basil leaves and mix it well
- Step 4 Take the kneaded dough and roll out on the rolling pin
- Step 5 Heat 1 tsp butter in tawa and roast from both the sides
- Step 6 Place on a clean surface and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Step 7 Then add vegetable mixture,1 tbsp julienne cabbage
- Step 8 Roll it nicely and serve
