1/8 Julienne Cup(12.0 gm) Cabbage
1/8 Julienne Cup(12.0 gm) Carrot
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
15 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/8 Julienne Cup(14.0 gm) Capsicum
1/8 Julienne Cup(15.0 gm) Onion
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil add into the 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne carrot, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1 tsp curry powder, 1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato and mix it well.

  • Take a kneaded dough and roll out on the rolling pin.

  • Heat 1 tsp butter in tawa and roast from both the sides.

  • Place on a clean surface and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise.

  • Then add vegetable mixture, 1 tbsp julienne cabbage.

  • Roll it nicely and serve.
