In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp jowar flour,2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and add water.

Knead these into a soft dough
- Step 3
Grease a butter paper.
- Step 4
Spread the dough on the butter paper into a round shape and flatten it.
- Step 5
Heat the tawa and transfer the thalipeeth on it.
- Step 6
Roast the thalipeeth on both sides with 1 tsp oil
