  • For Samosa

    Add 1 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp jowar flour,water and knead a dough.

  • For Stuffing

    In a bowl add boiled diced potato.

  • Now, add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mash and mix well.

  • Now add boiled peas and mix well again.

  • Roll the dough and add the potato peas stuffing.

  • Cut the rolled dough into triangular shape, fold into samosa shape and deep fry.

  • Serve hot with chutneys.
