Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Boil 1/2 cup diced potato,1 tbsp peas and keep aside.
- Step 2
For Samosa
Take 1 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp jowar flour,1/8 tsp ajwain, water as required and knead a dough.
- Step 3
For Stuffing
In a bowl add boiled diced potato.
- Step 4
Now, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Mash and mix well.
- Step 6
Now add boiled peas and mix well again.
- Step 7
Roll the dough and add the potato peas stuffing.
- Step 8
Cut the rolled dough into triangular shape, fold into samosa shape and deep fry.
- Step 9
Serve hot with chutneys.
