- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/8 cup rajgira flour, 1/8 cup jowar flour, 1/4 cup chopped palak, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp coriander powder and 1/8 tsp grated ginger.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated garlic.
- Step 3
Add water and knead into a dough.
- Step 4
Roll the dough into a roti.
- Step 5
Heat tawa and roast the roti with 1 tsp oil on both sides.
- Step 6
Serve warm with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
