Jowar Pumpkin Pancake Recipe

It is very easy to make these scrumptious pancakes, a power pack dish of with vitamins.Prefect dish for breakfast.

2 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Jowar(Flour)

1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Pumpkin(Grated)
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger(Grated)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp Grated Pumpkin, 2 tbsp Jowar flour, 2 tsp Suji,1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste,1/4th tsp Grated Ginger, 1/4th tsp Salt,water and mix well.

  • Take a pan and add1 tsp oil

  • As the oil heats spread the prepared batter.

  • Cover and Cook the pancake from one side and then flip and cook from another.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
