1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Jowar
2.0 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(35.0 gm) Fresh Peas
4.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
3.0 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(47.0 gm) Potato
1.0 Grated Tbsp(6.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
25.0 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
In a mixing bowl add boiled jowar, boiled potato, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp salt and 2 tbsp peas.
Add 1 tbsp rice flour and mix well.
Make cutlet shapes of the mixture.
Shallow fry with 1 tsp oil.
Serve hot.
