Want to give some healthy twist to your regular pattice add jowar and peas to your pattice. This recipe is simple and nutritious with the goodness of fiber, zinc,folate and proteins that is important for your growing kids.
Take a mixing bowl and add 3 tbsp boiled jowar, 1/4th cup boiled potato, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt and 2 tbsp boiled peas.
Combining all the ingredients by hand, add 1 tbsp rice flour and mix it in properly as well.
Take a spoonful of batter, roll and pat it to obtain raw cutlets.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets on both side.
