1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Jowar

1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour

3 Boiled,Mashed Tbsp(47.0 gm) Potato

2.0 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(35.0 gm) Fresh Peas

4.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Coriander Leaves

1.0 Grated Tbsp(6.0 gm) Fresh Coconut

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

25.0 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
Soak 1 tbsp jowar overnight and boil it.
In a mixing bowl add boiled jowar, 3 tbsp boiled mashed potato,1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp salt and 2 tbsp boiled mashed peas.
Add 1 tbsp rice flour and mix well.
Make cutlet shapes of the mixture.
Shallow fry with 1 tsp oil.
Serve hot.
