1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Cup(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Cube Cup(43.0 gm) Paneer
4 Flour Tbsp(27.0 gm) Jowar
1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1/8 Tsp(0.59 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.45 gm) Baking Powder
  • For Jowar Roti

    In a bowl add 4 tbsp jowar flour, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp Butter.

  • For Paneer Mixture

    In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th cup cubed paneer, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in grill pan and place paneer cubes.Grill them till brown in color.

  • Place jowar roti and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and grilled paneer.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve.
