Jowar Halwa is a soothing dessert or an accompaniment made using jowar ( sorghum Flour ), , ghee and jaggery. Being coarse in texture, jowar has innumerable benefits that you just cannot count merely on your fingertips.   • In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp jowar flour, roast till it turns light brown, add 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk

  • add 1 tbsp jaggery powder

  • Stir till thick consistency and serve Hot
