A millet based cake naturally sweetened with dates is an amazing sweet treat for your little ones sweet tooth. Gluten free, calcium and iron rich cake that can be relished post dinner as a dessert.

1 Flour Cup(122.0 gm) Jowar
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
4 Chopped Tbsp(66.0 gm) Dates
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Cup(63.0 ml) Water
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
1/8 Cup(26.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
5 Number(4.0 gm) Black Raisin
  • For Muffin

    In Bowl

  • Add 1/2 cup jowar flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder , 1/4th tsp baking soda , 2 tbsp oil

  • and 1 small cup Nestlé A+ Milk

  • Mix well

  • Now add 4 tbsp chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped cashew

  • 5 small black raisins

  • Mix all Well

  • Transfer to Muffin Mould

  • Preheat the Oven at 180 Degree for 10 mins

  • Bake the Muffins at 180 Degree for 1520 mins
