Jowar Brocolli Pancake Recipe

It is very easy to make these scrumptious pankcakes, its time consuming and child friendly too. It can be a great breakfast dish.

2 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Jowar(Flour)

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Broccoli(Grated)

2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger(Grated)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp Grated Broccoli, 2 tbsp Jowar flour, 2 tsp Suji ,1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste,1/4th tsp Grated Ginger, 1/4th tsp Salt and add water and mix well.

  • Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil.

  • Spread batter and cover and cook.

  • Flip to another side and cook.

  • Serve hot with any chutney.
