4.0 Flour Tbsp(27.0 gm) Jowar
3.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Suji
1/3 Chopped Cup(18.0 gm) Broccoli
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3.0 Tsp(10.0 ml) Oil
80.0 Ml(80.0 ml) Water
In a bowl add 1/3 cup chopped broccoli, 4 tbsp jowar flour, 2.5 tsp suji, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/4 tsp salt.
Add water as required, mix well and form it into batter consistency.
Make pancake with a ladle full of batter and roast with 3 tsp of oil.
Serve hot with any chutney.
