- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup chopped broccoli, 4 tbsp jowar flour, 2.5 tsp suji, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 3 Add required water, mix well to form a thick batter of pouring consistency.
- Step 4 Make pancakes with a ladle full of batter and roast with 3 tsp of oil.
- Step 5 Serve hot with any chutney.
