Jowar Bajra Roti is a healthy breakfast or lunch recipe made with Jowar flour also known as Sorghum flour, Bajra flour these flour are rich in fiber and gluten free so good for vegan the people who are following vegan diets. It fights against free radicals and boost immunity.
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour (whole), 1/4th tsp chilly Powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp salt and Add Water
Knead into Dough and Roll into a Roti
Roast on both the sides till done
