1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi

1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain

As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour (whole), 1/4th tsp chilly Powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp salt and Add Water

  • Knead into Dough and Roll into a Roti

  • Roast on both the sides till done
