A great innovative way to make pizza, with tons of topping and healthy stuffing. It is very easy to make and extremely nutritious.
Crush 1/2 tsp jeera
For the filling
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp crushed jeera, 1/4th chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
In a bowl, take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
Knead it into a soft dough
Rest the dough for sometime.
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing into the rolled dough.
Fold and seal it.
Roll it into a kulcha
Place the kulcha over a pan
Roast both the sides of the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee.
For the Pizza
Take the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, put 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and top it with 1.5 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4th tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
Cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.
Serve it hot.
