- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp crushed jeera and 1/4 chopped coriander leaves
- Step 2 Mix everything well and set aside
- Step 3 In another bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 5 Knead it into a soft dough and rest it for 5 minutes
- Step 6 Roll a dough ball, add the stuffing in the centre, seal the edges and roll into a kulcha.
- Step 7 Brush some water on kulcha and put it on a heated pan.
- Step 8 Roast it evenly using ghee and serve hot
