A plain yet satiating rice seasoned with cumin seeds, pairs with any gravy or vegetable for a nutritious meal.
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a frying pan, add 1 tsp jeera and sauté.
Once the jeera starts crackling, add the previously cooked rice and 1/4 tsp salt.
Mix it well, cover and allow it to cook.
Serve hot with a vegetable or curry.
