Jeera Raita in Soya Curd Recipe

A lactose free raita made from soy curd and cumin seeds. Raita is promotes healthy gut an aids in digestion of food. Chill and enjoy the flavors of this bowl along with a paratha.

4 Tbsp(57.0 gm) Soy Curd

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.38 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 4 tbsp soy curd, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Serve chilled.
