Pumpkin Cumin Kulcha Pizza Recipe

1.5 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Cheese (Grated)

1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano

1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
  • Crush 1/2 tsp jeera

  • For the filling

  • In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp crushed jeera and mix well.

  • For Kulcha

  • In a bowl, take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Knead it into a soft dough

  • Rest the dough for sometime.

  • Roll the dough and fill the stuffing into the rolled dough.

  • Fold and seal it.

  • Roll it into a kulcha

  • Place the kulcha over a pan

  • Roast both the sides of the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee.

  • For the Pizza

  • Take the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, put 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and top it with 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4th tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes

  • Cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.

  • Serve it hot.
