Jeera Pumpkin Kulcha With Ghee Recipe

Nutritional info

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Pumpkin (Grated)
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd
1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Milk
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.26 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • Pre Preparation

  • Crush ½ tsp jeera into a powder.

  • Grate 1.5tbsp of pumpkin.

  • For Filling

  • Take a bowl and add 1.5 tbsp Grated Pumpkin, 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/4th tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/2th tsp Crushed Jeera and mix well.

  • For Dough

  • Take a bowl and add 1/4th cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp Curd, 1 tbsp Milk and 1/8th tsp Salt knead soft dough.

  • Rest the Dough for some time.

  • For kulcha

    Roll the dough and make a chapatti, now fill the pumpkin stuffing and seal and fold it into a ball again.

  • Roll into a Kulcha with fingers.

  • Heat a flat pan and roast the kulcha with 1 tsp Ghee.

  • Serve Hot.
