Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and 1/2 tsp crushed jeera
- Step 2
Mix well and set aside
- Step 3
In another bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 5
Mix well and knead to a soft dough.
- Step 6
Roll a dough ball to a round shape, add the spiced pumpkin in the centre, seal the edges and roll it to a kulcha
- Step 7
Heat a pan, place the kulcha and roast with ghee until golden brown on both sides
- Step 8
Serve hot.
