This unique innovative pumpkin kulcha adds tons of flavor and nutrients. It is a very easy way to make kulcha !
Crush ½ tsp jeera into a powder.
Grate 1.5tbsp of pumpkin.
Take a bowl and add 1.5 tbsp Grated Pumpkin, 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/4th tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/2th tsp Crushed Jeera and mix well.
Take a bowl and add 1/4th cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp Curd, 1 tbsp Milk and 1/8th tsp Salt knead soft dough.
Rest the Dough for some time.
Roll the dough and make a chapatti, now fill the pumpkin stuffing and seal and fold it into a ball again.
Roll into a Kulcha with fingers.
Heat a flat pan and roast the kulcha with 1 tsp Ghee.
