- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped pudina leaves, 1/2 tsp crushed jeera, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2 In another bowl, add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Knead into a soft dough, cover and rest it for 5 mins
- Step 5 Roll a dough ball, place the filling in centre, fold it and seal the edges
- Step 6 Roll it gently to a kulcha
- Step 7 Heat a pan, place the kulcha and roast on both sides using ghee until light brown over low flame
- Step 8 Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce, top it up with 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato
- Step 9 Sprinkle 1.5 tbsp grated cheese and season with 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- Step 10 Cover and cook until it is crisp and the cheese melts
- Step 11 Slice it and serve hot.
