Jeera Mint Kulcha With Ghee Recipe

A very refreshing way to make kulcha, by adding fresh mint gives it a very unique taste and flavor!

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera

1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
ingredients
1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Milk

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Crush 1/2 tsp jeera

  • For the filling

  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped pudina leaves, 1/2 tsp crushed jeera, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • For Kulcha

  • In a bowl, take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp milk and 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Knead it into a soft dough

  • Rest the dough for sometime.

  • Roll the dough and fill the stuffing into the rolled dough.

  • Fold and seal it.

  • Roll it into a kulcha

  • Place the kulcha over a pan

  • Roast both the sides of the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee

  • Serve it hot.
