A very refreshing way to make kulcha, by adding fresh mint gives it a very unique taste and flavor!
Crush 1/2 tsp jeera
For the filling
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped pudina leaves, 1/2 tsp crushed jeera, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
In a bowl, take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
Knead it into a soft dough
Rest the dough for sometime.
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing into the rolled dough.
Fold and seal it.
Roll it into a kulcha
Place the kulcha over a pan
Roast both the sides of the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee
Serve it hot.
