1/2 Boiled Diced Cup(91.0 gm) Potato
0.13 Chopped Tsp(0.12 gm) Coriander Leaves
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.21 gm) Dhania Powder
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1 tsp jeera.

  • Once jeera starts crackling, add 1/4 cup boiled and diced potato and sauté.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi 1/8 tsp dhania powder and 1/8 tsp coriander leaves.

  • Allow it to cook for a few more minutes.

  • Once the potatoes are slightly browned transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve hot with chapati or rice.
