- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup boiled and diced potato and saute
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi 1/8 tsp dhania powder and mix well
- Step 4 Cook for a minute until all spices combine well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6 Serve hot with chapati
