1/2 Chopped Cup(82.0 gm) Jalapeno

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar

1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Grated Tbsp(11.0 gm) Garlic

5 Tbsp(62.0 gm) Vinegar

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
Combine 5 tbsp vinegar, water, 1 tbsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp of each salt and black pepper powder in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
Add 1/2 cup jalapeno slices, stir, and remove from heat.
Let sit for at least for few minutes then use tongs to remove the jalapenos from the pot to a jar; cover with the brining liquid to fill the jar.
Store in a jar and serve as an accompaniment.
