- Step 1 Make a cloth pouch with 2 cloves, 1/4 tsp dhania seeds, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp cinnamon stick.
- Step 2 Place the spice pouch in the pressure cooker and cook the 1 tbsp soaked chole.
- Step 3 In a bowl add 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4th tsp cumin powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix to make a spice paste.
- Step 5 In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing, spice paste and stir well
- Step 6 Add 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, cooked chole with water and mash it well.
- Step 7 Give a nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Serve it with rice/ chapati.
