- Step 1 In a bowl, add 4 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, water as required, and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts.
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp ghee, and pour a ladleful of batter.
- Step 4 Cook the pancake from both sides until done.
- Step 5 Repeat for other pancakes.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
