- Step 1 Pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Step 2 Add 1.5 tsp lemon juice and stir continuously to Nestlé A+ Curdle the Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 3 Mix well, remove from heat, and strain the paneer using a muslin cloth.
- Step 4 Drain the excess whey.
- Step 5 Transfer the paneer to a bowl and knead to make a soft dough.
- Step 6 Roll into smooth smallsized balls without cracks.
- Step 7 For the jaggery syrup, in a pan pour water and bring it to a boil
- Step 8 Add 2 tbsp chopped jaggery and 1 green elaichi.
- Step 9 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.
- Step 10 Gently add rasgullas to the jaggery syrup.
- Step 11 Simmer until rasgullas double in size.
- Step 12 Remove from heat, allow to cool
- Step 13 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios
- Step 14 Refrigerate and enjoy.
