- Step 1 Take 1/2 cup ragi flour add required water and knead into a dough .
- Step 2 Roll out into a round chapati and cook it.
- Step 3 Take a blender, break the roasted chapati and blend to a powder form and keep it aside.
- Step 4 Heat a pan, add the previously powdered chapati, dry roast it and keep it aside.
- Step 5 Melt 1 tbsp ghee in another pan, add 1 tbsp each of chopped almonds and chopped cashew nuts, roast and keep it aside.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding golden raisins.
- Step 7 Take a bowl and add the roasted chapati powder, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, 2 tsp dry coconut slices and add the previously roasted mix of nuts and ghee.
- Step 8 Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Step 9 Serve fresh.
