Usual sheera with the sweet flavors of jackfruit topped with dried fruits and flavored with rich kesar make a rich dessert suitable for any occasion.
In a heated pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp suji, roast it well for 3minutes.
Now, add 1/3rd cup chopped jackfruit, mix well and add 1 tbsp chopped kaju and 1 tbsp chopped pista.
Stir and add 1 cup milk, allow to simmer and add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4th tsp green elaichi and 1/2 tsp kesar.
Cover and cook until you start getting a beautiful aroma.
Stir it continuously.
Garnish with saffron strands.
Tasty jackfruit sheera is ready to serve hot.
