- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil and add 1/2 cup chopped jackfruit
- Step 2 Cook until soft and set aside.
- Step 3 Heat another pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp green chili paste and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/8 cup julienne onion and cook until soft
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well.
- Step 6 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, cooked jackfruit, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7 Cover with a lid and allow to cook until done.
- Step 8 Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 9 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 10 Serve hot with rotis.
