- Step 1 In a blender, add 1½ cup blanched chopped palak, 1 green chilli, salt as per taste and blend into a smooth puree. Keep aside.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup jackfruit flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tbsp white til, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp hing and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 4 Knead into a soft dough using palak puree. Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 5 Divide it into equal portions and roll out into a round paratha. Apply little oil and fold from both sides. Again fold from one side and roll out into a square paratha.
- Step 6 Heat the tawa, place a paratha and roast it from both sides using oil till golden brown and cooked.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
