- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup julienne onion and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup chopped tomato and pour in some water
- Step 5 Add chopped jackfruit, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix well.
- Step 6 Cover the pan and let it cook until soft.
- Step 7 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8 Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti
