Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup jack fruit juliennes and 2 tbsp corn flour
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 4
Mix well and coat the jack fruit with corn flour mixture.
- Step 5
Heat a pan with oil for frying, add the jack fruit and fry until crisp.
