Steps
- Step 1 To prepare this mouthwatering biryani recipe,In a thick bottom vessel, heat 2 tbsp GheeSaute whole spices, 2 no
- Step 2 Green Elaichi, 3 no
- Step 3 Cloves, and 1 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- Step 4 Then fry 1/4 cup Julienne Onion evenly stirring often until they are light brown
- Step 5 So when the onion starts to get brown in color, add 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and saute
- Step 6 When Nestlé A+ Curd's water dries add all your spices, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Chopped Pudina, 1/2 tsp Salt and Saute WellNow
- Step 7 add 1/4 tsp Haldi, 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves and 30 gm cube Raw Jack fruit to this mixture
- Step 8 Mix well and coat the chicken well in masalasCover and allow the chicken to cook in its own water
- Step 9 Once the chicken is well cooked, add a layer of cooked Rice on top of the masalaAdd Kesar Nestlé A+ Milk, 7 no
- Step 10 Cashewnuts, 1 tbsp Chopped Pudina and a healthy twist Kasuri MethiFinally, add 1/2 tbsp Ghee and cover the lid, turn the flame to low medium and let the rice cook for about 5 minutes
- Step 11 Once done, put it off and let the biryani stay covered for some time
- Step 12 Serve Hot with Raita
