Jaadi Roti is a thick unleavened flatbread and famous in Rajasthan. Also known as Kooba roti, this yummy flatbread can be served with a variety of gravies or sabji served with any gravy or sabji.
in a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tsp ajwain,2 tsp ghee, water as required
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough.
Dive the dough into the equal portion, dust with flour, and roll out into roti.
Place a roti on a heated pan and roast it and flip to the other side.
Pinch to make an impression from the edges till the center and roast from both the sides.
