- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 2 tsp ghee and salt for taste

Knead into a tight dough using water as required
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll into a thick round evenly
- Step 6
Place the roti on a heated pan and roast it and flip to the other side.
- Step 7
Pinch to make an impression from the edges till the center and roast from both the sides.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
