- Step 1 In a bowl and add 1/4th cup boiled mashed Potato,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour and mash all ingredients well.
- Step 2 In another bowl and add 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, 1/8t tsp red chilli flakes and 1/8 tsp oregano and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a nestle twist by adding olives.
- Step 4 Take a portion of potato mix, flatten it and stuff it with 1.5 tbsp of cheese mixture.
- Step 5 Fold it and shape into round balls.
- Step 6 Coat the rolled balls with 2 tsp bread crumbs.
- Step 7 Heat a pan with oil for frying.
- Step 8 Deep fry the poppers till golden brown.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
