Bring in flavors of Italy by incorporating herbs into cheese filling along with the crunch of colorful bell peppers. A very tasty and appealing snack to eyes and taste buds for you little ones. Bell peppers are excellent source of Vitamin A, C and potassium.
Boil and mash 1/4th cup potato
In a bowl and add 1/4th cup mashed Potato,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste,
1/4th tsp grated garlic, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour and mash all ingredients well.
Take another bowl and add 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, 1/8th tsp red chilli flakes and 1/8th tsp oregano and mix well.
Take a small portion of potato mix and gently flatten it onto your palm, add 1.5 tsp of cheese mixture and fold it into a round ball.
Coat it with bread crumbs.
Take a deep pan and heat oil for frying.
Deep fry the poppers until golden brown.
