- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 2 Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 3 In another bowl, add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 5 Knead into a soft dough, cover and rest it for 5 mins
- Step 6 Roll a dough ball, place the filling in centre, fold it and seal the edges
- Step 7 Roll it gently to a kulcha
- Step 8 Heat a pan, place the kulcha and roast on both sides using ghee until light brown
- Step 9 Serve it hot.
