For Idli Buns
- Step 1 Take the suji batter and grease a bowl.
- Step 2 Pour the batter into 1/3 of the bowl and place the bowl in the idli stand. Cover
- Step 3 with a lid. Cook it well.

For Tikki
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled diced sweet potato, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp
- Step 2 jeera,1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp coriander
- Step 3 powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tsp
- Step 4 chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Mix well and shape into tikki.
- Step 7 Shallow fry with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 8 Now take cooked idli,cut in a half. Heat 1/2 tsp oil and roast 2 Slice of idli.
- Step 9 On one slice, place 1 onion slice, add tikki, 2 tomato slices
- Step 10 Cover with other Slice
