- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup paneer cubes and saute until golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 2 In another pan, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp peanuts, 1/8 tsp white til, 1/4 tsp khas khas, 4 cashew nuts, 1 clove, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and 1 dry red chilli
- Step 3 Roast all spices for a minute, turn off the flame and let it cool completely
- Step 4 Add the roasted spices in a mixer and grind to a fine powder
- Step 5 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, kadi patta, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute till transparent
- Step 6 Add the roasted masala, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder and mix well
- Step 7 Add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and pour in some water.
- Step 8 Stir well and simmer over low flame until all spices combine well
- Step 9 Add sauteed paneer, 1/2 tsp salt and cook until all flavors meld together
- Step 10 Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and mix well
- Step 11 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 12 Serve hot.
